An operational summary of how the marketplace works and how accounts may use it today.
These terms summarize how you may use the Atmosphere Models marketplace based on the application's current behavior. They describe account types, discovery rules, and marketplace actions implemented in the product today.
By accessing or using Atmosphere Models, you use a software marketplace that connects models with nightlife venues for event opportunities. This page is an operational summary — not a complete legal agreement.
The platform provides account registration, profile publishing, discovery of models, clubs, and published events, and tools for models to apply to events and for clubs to invite models. Core marketplace features are offered without subscription charges in the current product build described in public FAQ content.
The website includes public marketing pages, authenticated dashboards for models and clubs, and an administrative console for platform operators.
You may register as a model or club account. Registration requires a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account, subject to the enforcement mechanisms available in the product.
Email verification is required before marketplace write actions, including applying to events, sending or responding to invitations, managing engagements and ratings, and club event management. Public profile discovery additionally requires an active account and a completed, discoverable profile.
Models may browse published upcoming events and submit applications. Clubs may browse discoverable models and send invitations tied to published events they manage. Applications, invitations, engagements, and ratings are subject to API authorization rules and event eligibility checks — for example, draft, cancelled, completed, closed, or past events are not open for public discovery or new booking actions.
Capacity and availability indicators on events reflect confirmed engagements in the current product behavior. Completing or cancelling engagements may free capacity while an event remains published and eligible.
You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to bypass authorization, scrape or overload public endpoints beyond published rate limits, upload disallowed media, or misuse another person's account.
Profile and event content you submit should accurately represent you or your venue to the extent you choose to publish it. The platform may review reports and take administrative action on accounts that violate platform policies or applicable law.
Atmosphere Models provides listing, discovery, and workflow tools. It does not, in the current application build, process payments between models and clubs, employ models, or guarantee event outcomes, attendance, or compensation arrangements made off-platform.
Any agreement about fees, scheduling, or conduct at an event is between the participating model and club unless and until separate payment or contracting features are introduced in the product.
The current release intentionally excludes in-app messaging, payments, subscriptions, and KYC flows. Features may change as the product evolves; materially new capabilities should be reflected in updated terms after legal review.
Accounts may be marked suspended or banned, which prevents login and authenticated marketplace use. Administrators may resolve user reports and perform moderation actions through the admin console.
Rate limits apply to authentication, marketplace writes, media uploads, and public discovery endpoints to protect service availability.
